Terms of Service

Apprentice Hub is a trading name currently operated by a sole trader, pending incorporation as a limited company. These Terms of Service will be updated with the registered company details upon incorporation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apprentice Hub (apprenticehub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. We recommend reading these terms in full before creating an account or making a purchase.

2. What Apprentice Hub Is

Apprentice Hub is an independent educational platform that helps students discover degree apprenticeship opportunities, prepare for applications, and track their progress. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, university, or apprenticeship provider listed or referenced on the platform.

Role listings, salary figures, deadlines, and employer information are sourced from publicly available information and updated on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. Application requirements, deadlines, and programme details are set solely by employers and may change at any time without notice. Always verify information directly with the employer before applying.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Apprentice Hub. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, provided false information, or are misusing the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Pricing: Current pricing is displayed on the relevant resource pages at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5.2 What you are purchasing: Purchasing a resource pack or the Application Mastery Bundle grants you access to download the specified resources for the duration of your subscription period. Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or republish any downloaded resources.

5.3 Subscription period: Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. At the end of your subscription period, access to premium resources will cease unless you choose to purchase again.

5.4 Cancellation window: You may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded any premium resources. Once any premium resource has been downloaded, the right to cancel is lost in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides that the right to cancel digital content is waived upon commencement of download with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing your purchase and downloading content, you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right to cancel is forfeited upon download.

5.5 Refunds outside the cancellation window: Outside of the 14-day cancellation window, or where a download has occurred, we do not offer refunds except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have purchased, please contact hello@apprenticehub.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

5.6 Payment processing: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Apprentice Hub does not store your full card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

All content on Apprentice Hub, including but not limited to resource guides, templates, preparation materials, written content, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Apprentice Hub. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use purchased content for your own private preparation purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any Apprentice Hub content without our express written permission. Sharing downloaded resources with others, including posting them online or distributing them in any format, is a breach of these terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

7. No Outcome Guarantees

Apprentice Hub provides educational resources and tools to support your preparation. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, that using our platform or resources will result in a successful application, interview, offer, or any other specific outcome. The degree apprenticeship application process is competitive and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Nothing on this platform constitutes careers advice, professional guidance, or a guarantee of employment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apprentice Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or disappointment arising from application outcomes.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Apprentice Hub in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email.
